You’ve seen the headlines — and we’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead!

For years, our team has been working behind the scenes, laying the groundwork for Teakettle Heights. A tremendous amount of planning, collaboration, persistence, and hard work has gone into reaching this point.

This past week marked an exciting milestone as state and federal officials toured the former CFAC property while work continued at Teakettle Heights.

Seeing equipment on the ground and this vision beginning to take shape is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

Today, four of our guys had the opportunity to step away from the job sites and spend the day on the golf course in support of a cause that is incredibly important to us—CASA for Kids. (CASA for Kids, Inc.)⛳️

At Ruis Holdings, we believe being part of a community means more than simply doing business here. It means showing up, giving back, and supporting the organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who call this place home.

We are especially passionate about supporting the children and youth in our community, which makes CASA for Kids an organization we are incredibly proud to stand behind.

It was a beautiful fall day for a little friendly competition, but even more importantly, an opportunity to support the incredible work CASA for Kids does for children and families in our community.

We’re grateful to be able to give back to the community that continues to give so much to us.

At times, it still feels like yesterday.

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and all those who carry the weight of that day.

September 11th was a day that forever shaped our country. But may we also never forget September 12th—when we stood together as Americans. We helped our neighbors, held our loved ones a little tighter, and remembered that despite our differences, we were one nation.

25 years later, may we never forget September 11th—and may we always strive to be the country we were on September 12th.
