Metal roofing: strong, clean, and built to last.

We recently wrapped up another metal roof installation here in the Gorge, and this one is a great example of why details matter from start to finish.

A metal roof can be an excellent choice for homeowners who want durability, low maintenance, strong weather protection, and a clean modern look. It also performs well in our Pacific Northwest climate when it is installed correctly.

Like any premium system, metal roofing does come with a few things to consider: higher upfront cost, more detailed installation requirements, and the need for experienced installers who understand flashing, underlayment, panel layout, fasteners, and transitions.

For us, the key is simple: a roof is not just what you see at the end. It is the prep, the layout, the underlayment, the flashing, and the small details that protect the home for years to come.

Thinking about a new roof or exterior upgrade? We would be happy to take a look and help you understand your best options.

Feeling very grateful today.

Quad Construction has been nominated for Best of the Gorge 2026, and I just want to say thank you to everyone who has trusted us over the years — with your homes, your remodels, your ideas, and your dreams.

When Tiffany and I started Quad, we wanted to build more than just projects. We wanted to build a company rooted in craftsmanship, honesty, and community.

To be recognized here in the Gorge means a lot to us and to the whole Quad team.

Thank you, Columbia Gorge. We are honored.
