Element46 startup, Biosand Bag Filter, LLC's mission is to help solve the world water crisis by providing sustained access to clean water to communities around the globe. They designed and patented a low-tech answer: the P3, a portable, potable, proven water filter. The P3 is a community sized, lightweight, soft sided water filter that uses gravity and slow sand filtration. Chief Business Development Officer, Lisa Albanese, has an extensive finance background but has turned her focus to a deep understanding of the global water crisis. She brings her skill set as well as her passion and dedication to the development, continuous improvement and customer service of the P3 BioSand Bag Filter product.

Element 46 is an incubator network founded within the rich ecosystem of Westchester County, home to a wealth of successful businesses and entrepreneurs, not to mention a fertile environment in which to grow both a life and a business!

In a landscape complete with Hudson River sunsets, hiking trails, and growing local economies ready to support and engage with your work, Element 46 hosts 10 - 15 of the very best entrepreneurs in the NY Metro area.

Entrepreneurs will be situated in one of a number of thriving co-working spaces in urban centers or potent communities within Westchester, embedded in an existing start-up community.

We look forward to bringing these key experiences to our first set of talented entrepreneurs in spring of 2019.
