Off grid contracting

We went out today to adjust some settings on a customer system that we installed last year, and this system still looks amazing. While we were there, the customer asked if we could look at their elevator because it wasn’t working, so after a little bit of looking and research, we got them the info they needed to get it back up and running, which was a fun experience. Oops! This customer had a trenching company come out to put in a trench so we could add more panels to their system, and they accidentally cut one of the already existing wires, but no big deal. We got it all patched up, got the new wire in the ground, and got them up and running. We went out to a customers today that had 3 other contractors come out before us to fix and install their solar, but none of them could get it going or wired correctly, so they gave us a call and we got them up and running, and now they are happy with their off-grid home.
