We're hiring! Looking for a General Laborer / Crew Member to join the team here in White City.

$20–$25/hr DOE | Full-Time

We're a family-owned excavation and septic company that's been building Southern Oregon for years. Steady work, a solid crew, and room to grow.

If you like working outside, don't mind getting dirty, and want to learn a real trade from people who genuinely love what they do — this is the job for you.

What you'll do: work job sites doing excavation, septic installs, site prep, and general labor. Help the crew move fast and get it done right. Keep the site clean, safe, and organized.

What we're looking for: solid work ethic, valid driver's license, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Prior construction or excavation experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

What you get: $20–$25/hr depending on experience, full-time consistent hours, and the chance to grow with an experienced crew.
