We install and repair concrete and clay tile roofs, slate, cedar shakes, composition shingles, standing seam metal and single ply membrane roofs. We have an extensive tile boneyard, allowing us to make repairs on older tile roofs.

We are seeking a new Administrative Assistant. This is a full time position, but we can be somewhat flexible with the scheduled hours.
Tasks include:
Reception - answering phones, writing up bid/repair/maintenance requests
Payroll - tracking employee time, entering on job and payroll spreadsheets, issuing paychecks (training provided).
Accounts Payable - receiving invoices, posting to job spreadsheets and entering in QB. Balancing vendor statements
Accounts Receivable - invoicing customers, tracking on job spreadsheets and in QB.
Light office cleaning.
