Last week we wrapped up another good looking project - Milestones Eye-care down in Centennial, CO with our general contractor TKM Group. This one was a bit challenging due to the existing plumbing main lines needing to be replaced unexpectedly during construction. Thanks to our field crews for being organized and patient to stop with short notice and start back up once the jobsite got moving forward again. Enjoy these peaceful photos.

This week for completed projects is a beast! Along side our GC Seibel Construction we are finishing up 12 whitebox suites all wrapped up into one project. 10 will be future retail shops and 2 will be restaurants. We managed to secure and complete one of the tenant finish jobs in the midst of construction. These are all located near 9th and Colorado Blvd. All new electrical services and metering to all the suites. New lighting and IECC energy compliant lighting controls as well. Thanks to Luis our superintendent and everyone who contributed to the great work on this job for us!

We are just wrapping up a Stride Health project in Aurora, CO with Beck Construction! In this project we provided all new lighting and controls, new power and devices and subcontracted a fire alarm vendor to complete the complete this 8,000 sq. ft. buildout. In this office they have 14 exam rooms, a lab for the dental area, a pharmacy, consultation rooms, and a new check in and reception area.

We just completed a restaurant buildout for Waldo’s Chicken with our GC - Seibel Construction! This is right off South Colorado Blvd. It was a bit challenging due to dividing an old Panera restaurant into 2 new suites and tight spaces in the kitchen area, with lots of cooking equipment. Check out the photos and go grab you some chicken and a beer!!
