This is an installation we were asked to check. the installer obviously has not taken one of our classes on proper installation. You can hear the home owner ask about the heat differences. The contractor was advised to let her know it was a mess. The contractor did not, he would have had to replace the entire heat system. General Contractors, Builders and Designers, do you KNOW what is being installed in your beautiful homes for the customers that have trusted you and your crews to do?
