Bathroom and sunroom renovation in Barnstable MA. 12x24 porcelain tiles installed throughout both rooms. Floor to header picture windows and a new sliding glass door replaced the 4 old sliders. Rohl bathroom fixtures in gold accent. Tile shower enclosure with niche and frameless bypass door. New side landing with Trex decking and vinyl rail. Replaced exterior siding with matching cedar shakes, giving a more uniform look with the rest of the house. Nice clean and modern upgrade to a beautiful beach cottage.
