Hey everyone! Just wrapped up this job today! So, the customer had this issue where their foyer door had a maglock already installed. It was totally up to code and working fine, but get this... the only way they could get in was through the intercom!

Now that we have successfully installed this aesthetically pleasing iei keypad, the users now have the ability to gain entry to the premises in a straightforward manner, thereby eliminating the need for the more expensive method of card access..

Well this has been fun. Customer occupied a second location. Wanted the keys to match their existing site. Changed all the lock cylinders out in order to match their keyway.

Simple solutions.

This door sure needed some work.

Due to corrosion and dirt this handle was all but inoperable from the outside, and the hinges were worn causing the doors to be misaligned.

After dissembling the outside handle trim, and adjusting the hinges, and a healthy amount of lubricating grease, this opening is working just about as well as the day it went in, maybe better!

Something simple here, but makes a big difference.

The wrong mounting box for these handicap buttons caused misalignment and the plates to come loose from normal wear and tear.

Turned the existing (not pictured) setup into this!

The customer was experiencing recurring issues with their current, low-quality hardware. To address this, rather than scheduling multiple service calls, they approved the installation of a new Arrow exit device and pull trim.
The cylinder was keyed to integrate with the customer's existing building key system, resulting in a satisfied customer with a door that offers both enhanced security and convenient access.

Hey there! Just wrapped up this service call. The customer mentioned their door wasn't closing on its own and needed a nudge to lock. Turns out there were two related things causing the problem that we got fixed!

To begin with, the action of the door being repeatedly slammed shut resulted in the door's locking mechanism gradually becoming loose and consequently not being correctly positioned or aligned within its frame. Therefore, the door closer device was subsequently adjusted and configured to ensure the door would close at a steady and even pace.

Following the initial step, we undertook the process of adjusting the position and firmly fastening the main housing of the lock mechanism, while simultaneously applying a lubricant to the various parts situated inside its structure.

The door now operates smoothly for both entry and egress.

In the end a happy customer!
