WHAT’S HAPPENING IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY?✨

The latest market numbers tell an interesting story for buyers and sellers.

Single-family home sales across Fairfield County generated more than $7.1 billion in total sales volume, a 4.1% increase over the previous comparable period, even though the number of homes sold declined by 4%.

Both single-family homes and condos saw price growth, while properties are taking longer to sell.

In towns like Fairfield, Norwalk, Ridgefield and Wilton, median home prices continued to climb. Meanwhile, Westport, Darien and New Canaan continue to command some of the county’s highest home prices.

What’s happening across Fairfield County isn’t necessarily what’s happening in your neighborhood. Local pricing, inventory and buyer activity can make a big difference when planning your next move.
