This sweet homeowner recently paid a local contractor a lot of money to have her leaks fixed on her 9 year old roof. After this recent storm she realized it was not fixed and she was very nervous about paying a ton more! She was referred to Arocon and reached out. Zach arrived shortly after to investigate, he found a few nail pops causing the leak making it onto her ceiling and set and resealed those nail pops. He also located a peice of siding outside that needed to be secured which was likely the cause to the leak coming down the bathroom wall of first floor. Zac signed her up for our yearly Home Confidence Plan for $360 a year which comes with four appointments and this counted as one of her emergency appointments, leaving her with 3 more 🧰
