We want to offer demo services to contractors and clients. All prices include debris removal and clean up. Does not include any furniture moving, electrical device removal or taking up toilets/vanities. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded so it won’t fall back on any clients insurance.
Prices are as follows:
- Floatation flooring(laminate, vinyl plank and vinyl tile)/ carpet removal - $350 dollar minimum charge for 0-700 square foot. .50 cents a square foot after that. Includes demo of underlayment , tack strips and quarter round. Doesn’t include demo of plywood of any type.
- Nail down hardwood flooring- $350 minimum for 0-350 square foot. $1 a square foot for 351 and above. Includes demo of any underlayment and quarter round.
- glue down wood flooring or tile flooring removal- $400 dollar minimum charge that covers 0-200 square foot. $2 dollars a square foot on 201 sqf and above. Does not include cement board removal or major glue scraping. Demo of tile showers will be different. We can discuss.
- Sheetrock removal - $400 minimum charge on Sheetrock removal. Includes putting plastic down on floor and over door way to room. That covers ceilings and walls of one 12 x 12 room. Includes taking drywall screws/nails out, baseboard off wall, and window and door casing off.
These aren’t all the demo services we offer. We offer taking out of old decks, fences, siding etc.
We also offer construction clean up services and junk removal services at reasonable rates.
