We love our charity events! Viper Plumbing attended the MMHA Annual Charity Golf Outing to support The Complete Player Charity. The event also included a canned food drive to support the Little Free Pantry Program and the Maryland Food Bank. What an amazing opportunity to have fun, network, and raise money for charity.

Viper Plumbing is back for Day 2 of pipelining in Burke, VA. Special thanks to Andrew from Brawo Systems for coming out to lend a hand and provide some on-the-job education.

Day 2-
-used a sewer camera to double check that the sewer main was properly prepared to accept the liner
-prepped, measured, and cut the liner and airbag for installation
-inserted the liner into the airbag
-applied the 1 step expoxy resin into the liner and rolled it to ensure proper thickness when cured
-loaded the liner into the inversion drum and connected our Magnivity UV system
-used 4PSI air pressure to walk the liner through the existing cast iron
-activated the UV light system to cure the new liner in place
-applied cooled air and standard air to cool the UV heated pipe

What’s in store for Day 3 (our final day of installation)? Cutting in the reinstatements to allow the existing sewer drain connect to our new liner.

We are so excited to offer pipelining to our customers!
