We just finished a full exterior remodel of this beautiful home. Previously the customer had T-111 wood panel siding that is notorious for rotting and needing replaced if not kept up on. With the goal of MINIMAL year to year maintenance in mind, we recommended vertical Board & Batten Vinyl Siding and composite trim anywhere we found rotten trim boards & this is the result!

Another customer’s property transformed. We double stacked 2 30’ LVL’s with to span between 6x6 posts. Originally the plan was to use 4 posts but when we began digging we found that one of the previous owners had buried rock, sand, and tarp material from a previous large koi pond.

Bar remodel is complete! Reinstalled cabinets, new installed ice maker, Cocoa hardwood flooring, beautiful new backsplash, and 2 fantastic pieces of granite! A relative of the customer will be finishing with paint. Materials for this job supplied by Floor & Decor.
