We installed this beautiful retaining wall to cover up the existing stairs that used to go to the main door to the house. Customer didn’t like the look of the front of the house so we installed this wall for plants and flowers for the front of the property. We also installed a drainage system against the wall to prevent the wall to move from the pressure of the dirt. We just finished up this deck! This deck made it such a welcoming and luxury add to the property. We installed a privacy fence on the back side to have a little more privacy while relaxing and a sliding gate on the main level so the dogs and little kids could have their space outside. Today we completed 3 different repairs for this deck! We replaced 2 of the railing posts that were rotted and cut them on site! We also replaced the deck boards that were getting to be unsafe to walk on. The beam had a little to far of a span without middle support and was starting to twist so we added support with a post in the middle of the beam and set the post in concrete! We gave our customers mailbox area a whole new look! Huge w**d problem turned into a nice rock bed with a gloss finish in the rocks. On both sides of the house there was w**ds, so we got rid of all of them and sprayed all the rocks with a gloss spray to give them shine and a clean look!

Just finished up this project this week. Customer wanted deck skirting and the front 4 posts replaced due to rot. We replaced all the posts and put them in concrete to make it super sturdy. We then installed all the deck skirting and a deck board up top that was not safe anymore. Along with the bottom step on the right stair case and a step on the left stair case that was in bad shape. Everything turned out very well and will be ready for paint at the beginning of next year once the boards dry out!

Today we finished up this job! Customer wanted us to slope the dirt and rock at an angle so that water runs into the grass without rotting posts. Also wanted all new riser boards replaced because of rot and bad look. We installed brand new pvc board that won’t rot and looks amazing! There was a facia board that was rotting so we replaced that also. Homeowner is going to paint the facia board white to match existing color. The biggest problem would be the the stair post on the left side sinking about 2 inches. We dug around the post and jacked it up where it was level and filled around the post with concrete to prevent sinking and being uneven. All is fixed and looks amazing!
