• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with finish carpentry and/or rough framing
• Exhibit top-notch craftsmanship and professionalism
• Are committed to learning and continuous improvement (and constructive feedback)
• Are comfortable working in a team environment on high end construction and remodeling
projects
• Take pride in your work and putting clients first
