Before and after.

We removed the building grade back door barricade and installed a pressure treated deck. Footer holes are 4 feet to make sure we reached the native soil. Post holes were filled with concrete and brackets were anchored for the posts. We used structural brackets, screws, and hangars. The joists and all framing are covered with butyl tape to help protect against moisture. We installed a beautiful bronze color aluminum railing.

We created a deck plan, applied for permits and coordinated all inspections.

Drywall repairs due to a leaky roof. This roof had been leaking for a long time before the owner was aware. We replaced rafters, roof, insulation, drywall, and painted. We remediated the mold and made sure it was no longer present in the walls.

This roof had been leaking for awhile. We were called to make the necessary repairs. We ended up removing 5 roof layers. Simply installing a roof over a roof doesn’t fix the underlying problem! All new plywood, flat rubber roof, drip edge and fascia.

We recently completed this 5 apartment building exterior remodel for Greater Dayton Premier Management. We removed the old siding, flashing, and replaced lots of rotted sheathing.

We installed moisture barrier, LP SmartSiding, LP SmartSiding Trim, flashing and aluminum trim.

We painted the exterior once all the siding and trim work was completed.

Drywall repair job. The homeowner accidentally put a screw through the drain while hanging a picture. There was a slow leak over time. We did not install the repair band. We installed drywall, finished it, and painted.
