Finding leaks can be time consuming — and finding one on a newer installation? That hits different. 😤

Here we caught the pressure control leaking right on a “NEW” condensing unit. Brand new equipment and already giving problems. These are exactly the types of issues that put you down for the count at the worst possible time. 🥊❄️

Walk-in supposed to be holding temp, instead you’re scrambling. Not on our watch. We found it, fixed it, and got it back running right. ✅

We just swapped out a Carlyle/Carrier 06DS reciprocating compressor inside a Vertiv / Liebert precision cooling unit — and if you don’t know what that means, let me break it down real quick.

Data centers, trading floors, ai data centers, hospitals — these facilities run 24/7/365 and generate massive heat loads. The servers never sleep. The cooling can’t either.

Vertiv Liebert units are the backbone of mission-critical thermal management. When a compressor goes down in one of these systems, it’s not just a comfort issue — it’s a business continuity emergency. Every minute of thermal runaway is racks of servers throttling down or shutting off entirely. This room has critical systems that can never go down.

☠️A graveyard of giants.

Each one of these compressors once kept something alive — a hospital, a warehouse, a restaurant, a factory floor. Tons of iron, copper, and steel that moved refrigerant through systems most people never think about.

The world runs cold. And these are the engines that made it happen.

This red wine room install with half round evaporators came out mint!🌛🍷🌜 . We landed these to a single trenton condenser and left her running set to 58*F 🥂
