Occasionally, we come across a job that is a really bad case of water damage. We discovered the cause of this disaster was improper waterproofing of several windows during installation. The team at Greenbrier do not cut corners. We painstakingly wrap windows with 3M tape and waterproofing house wrap to ensure water stays outside where it belongs. Don’t be a victim of rot. Hire a professional contractor!

🍩 PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Beach Donut Shop — Westbrook, CT 🍩

After the devastating fire that closed their doors this summer, we’ve been hard at work rebuilding a brand new home for Beach Donut Shop at 631 Boston Post Road in Westbrook — and we’re almost there!

It’s been an honor to help bring this shoreline staple back to life for the community that loves them. We know how many summer mornings and beach trips start with a Beach Donut Shop stop, and we can’t wait to see their doors open again.

Stay tuned — official opening date coming soon! 🎉
