Our 2 LadySlipper project has successfully passed the RIGS stage ( Eng.Department regulation) and is now preparing to proceed to the Committee of Adjustment (CoA) in April. The proposal includes approximately 6,000 sq ft of new development and represents a major milestone for our team, having been developed entirely from scratch and navigating nearly every stage of the planning process.
