This week we had the honor of doing a project at my old house! We moved from this house almost 2 years ago. The new owners reached out and wanted a second book case cabinet built to match the one I had built years ago. It was so fun to see the house again and meet the new owners. They have loved and taken care of the house just as much as we did! There are not many jobs that you get the opportunity to visit a house that you personally put 100’s of hours into making a special home! It brought back so many memories. I will always love that house and all the love we put into it.

Another custom project wrapped up this week! 🔨✨

Using an AI photo the customer gave us we built this one-of-a-kind divider wall to add separation and character without closing off the space.

The design features custom-stained wood shelving with movable wood slats, giving the homeowners the flexibility to open up or define the space however they want. We also tied the new wall into the existing ceiling beams and carried the look through with a matching wood slat wall to create a cohesive, intentional design.

It’s the little details that make a project like this come together — matching the stain, aligning the beams, and making sure every element feels like it was always meant to be there.

✨ Kitchen Remodel Complete!
We just wrapped up an incredible kitchen transformation this week, and I’m still smiling every time I walk into it!
The biggest game-changer? We stole back a rather useless hallway and claimed every inch of it for the kitchen. Suddenly we had space for a generous, beautiful island that completely opens up the room and creates that effortless flow everyone dreams about.
We also removed the old pantry closet from the hallway and gifted that valuable square footage to the laundry room on the back side of the kitchen. To keep the home’s original charm alive, we echoed the graceful arched doorways found throughout the house, creating stylish entrances into the new back hall.
The details that make it shine? I’m absolutely obsessed with the warm LED strip lighting that makes everything glow beautifully, paired with a sleek, clean backsplash featuring cleverly hidden outlets tucked neatly under the upper cabinets. And for modern convenience, we installed a sleek under-counter fast charger for phones, tablets, and all your smart devices—because who has time to hunt for chargers anymore?
This remodel turned a cramped, disconnected space into a bright, functional, and welcoming heart of the home.

Here are some additional features of the house remodel that stood out to me. We moved the doorway in the master bedroom, removed a window and exterior door to the finished porch, and installed French doors with rain glass that match the front door perfectly. The trim over the new French doors was built to match the existing window in the room.
