This was a project a little different from ordinary , but with my many years of experience, I had the ability to restore these original early 1900’s wood floors. I did an extensive sanding job to get it to the flatness, and smoothness requested, along with keeping it rustic. Then I followed up with 4 coats of satin clear finish!! Since good help is hard to find we decided to bring a good friend in with us on this project. Our friends over at Homes By Holmes Drywall, LLC was able to help us out. Jerry and I work very well together so that decision was pretty easy. General contractor had the board hung for us. Finished,Textured,Primed,Painted ceiling. Client is still unsure of wall color yet so that will be done by the GC. Jerry it was an honor working with you once again!! NEXT!!💪💪
