Restoring the historic façade at Wright’s Block with 90 new Marvin windows designed to match the building’s original fenestration.

Each opening is custom made, with every unit fabricated to align with the historic proportions, sightlines, and detailing, allowing the exterior to read as it once did while meeting today’s performance standards.

A careful balance between preservation and progress, continuing the restoration of High Street in Holyoke.

With final finishes underway, the space is taking shape to support exam rooms, x-ray suites, and a clean, welcoming check-in experience.

The custom paw print lighting overhead adds a small but intentional touch for the four legged furry friends this clinic is built around.

This interior fit-out for Apella Wealth Management brings together new offices, conference rooms, huddle and phone rooms, and a dedicated trading space, all anchored by custom veneered millwork throughout the space.

Wright’s Block is moving quickly, with layout and wall framing underway. Seeing the apartments take form is always a turning point in a project like this.

Self-performing isn’t about doing more work, it’s about doing the right work, at the right time. Having our own crews in the field allows us to mobilize early, control sequencing, and maintain accountability across framing, carpentry, concrete, and site work scopes of work. That approach shows up in the pace, the details, and the final result that our clients ultimately see.

Our self-perform teams are on site completing layout and interior painting work prior to the interior build-out kicking off.
