Finished up a job we did over the winter by adding the octogon turret rear porch. An 8/12 porch into a 14/12 main on a 45 degree hip with segmented valleys from 14/12 to 8/12 and 14/12 to 4/12.

We hire a lot. Maybe makes you wonder why? You see so many posts for hiring in construction. I’m going to be a little more transparent. If it takes a new hire 2 1/2 days to put 3 rolls of Tyvek on a ranch while the actual carpenters put 141 sheets down on a 12/12 pitch- maybe this should be your text response.

I can do that task in 2 hours. I hire and try and teach the next generation; at a total loss of revenue. To engage them. To help them on track. For THEIR future not mine!

And I get a text like this- and back to hiring. And I will do it over and over until I get the people I need.

Don’t judge that we are “always hiring”.
