Small details make a big difference.

Customer was dealing with constant foaming issues and couldn’t figure out why. Turns out the system was set up with a high-pressure regulator pushing 30 PSI on a direct draw keg box… which led to over-carbonation and nothing but foam.

We swapped in the correct regulator, set it to 12 PSI, and the system started pouring exactly how it should.

The right equipment matters. But knowing how to set it up properly matters even more.

Another clean job in the books. 🔧❄️

Our team recently replaced the glycol unit for our friends over at The Spicy Kitchen in Oroville, CA. Glycol systems help keep draft beverages consistently cold from the keg all the way to the tap, so having a reliable unit in place is key for smooth day-to-day operation.
