Emily Edwards, a fitness assistant and personal trainer at North Mississippi Wellness Center-West Point, is now certified as a Core Confidence Specialist and Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist. Emily now accepts personal training appointments for women dealing with incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti.

This training is most effective after a clinical evaluation by a licensed physical or occupational therapist.
