The Other Half of 4H. 🧡
When Casey started 4H Site Works in March 2020 — Gia Hall was right there with him.
She had a degree in education and zero construction experience. She learned everything on the fly — accounting, payroll, compliance, contracts, billing, managing employees. Every system that keeps 4H running today — Gia built it.
She told us something that says it all:
"Somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like his business that I was helping with and became something we were truly building together."
Casey and Gia have worked together for nearly 15 years. They started in a fifth-wheel camper on a pipeline job — and they told each other that if they could survive living and working together in that little camper, they could survive anything.
They were right.
