🚧 Underground drain rough-in complete!

Before the slab goes down, every sewer line, toilet stub, shower drain & cleanout is set with the right fall and locked in place. Once that concrete is poured, this work is permanent — so we get the slope, locations and testing right the first time.

We sleeve every 1″ PEX main water line in 2″ vacuum hose from the meter all the way under the home.
If the line ever needs replacement, we simply pull it out and install a new one. No digging up your front yard. No unnecessary disruption. Just a smarter, more serviceable installation.
