⚡️ Another clean install wrapped up by JMS Electric! ⚡️

Customer wanted a new exterior power source added to their beautiful four season porch, so we supplied and installed a brand new 20 amp dedicated circuit directly from the main electrical panel to feed a new weather-resistant GFCI receptacle.

To keep everything protected and looking sharp, all wiring was installed in exterior conduit with a clean surface-mounted layout for durability and long-term protection from physical damage. 👌

While on site, the homeowner also requested a ceiling fan installation for better airflow and comfort on the porch. Since this structure required additional support, we fabricated and installed a PVC backboard that was securely toggle-bolted directly to the structural framing to ensure the fan box is solid, safe, and built to last for years to come. 💪

Every pe*******on was fully sealed with silicone to help protect against moisture intrusion and keep the installation weather tight. 🌧️

🔧⚡ Just wrapped up an engine replacement on a 22kW Generac standby generator!

The original engine failed due to a blown oil pump — but we got it handled 💪 Installed a brand new engine, tested it under load, and now it’s running like new again ✅

We replaced an old Federal Pacific panel with a new, safe 200 amp service. During the job, we found the utility drop had no wedge clamp or point of attachment — it was relying only on the crimps to hold during storms 😳. That’s now fixed and up to code!
