The natural character of white oak base cabinetry paired with soft off-white uppers creates a space that feels inviting and effortlessly functional.

Yes, but not for everyone. The real reason inset cabinets cost more is the precision required to build and install them. The doors and drawers sit inside the cabinet frame rather than overlaying it, which creates that clean, furniture-like look.

For this kitchen, I’d say the extra cost is worth it because the inset style pairs beautifully with the marble-look quartz and gives the whole space a more custom, timeless feel.

The catch? Inset gives you slightly less storage space and requires more precise installation, so if you’re trying to maximize storage or stay on a tighter budget, full-overlay cabinets can be a better choice.

The best part: you can get a high-end look without necessarily spending more on every other element of the kitchen.

Palm Beach charm, but make it timeless 🌴✨ Soft pinks, touches of turquoise, and sunlight pouring in… this kitchen feels like a vacation every day.

A kitchen that works with you 🏡
We love incorporating hidden storage like this! Perfect for keeping everyday items tucked away but within reach.

Dual showerheads. A soaking tub. Moody lighting.
Because a bathroom should feel like a private retreat, not just a routine 🧖🏼‍♀️🤍

We believe the most beautiful spaces start with craftsmanship 🌱🪵
At Grandview, we collaborate with local carpenters and artists to bring in unique pieces like this natural wood top—organic, imperfect, and completely one of a kind—paired with sage green tile and sand-toned pebbles.

Design choices don’t have to be “safe” to be timeless. The spaces we love most are the ones that feel personal, not cautious. If it makes you happy every time you walk in, that’s the right decision 🌱
