We do not. The reason: we aim to provide South Florida's BEST plumbing service, not South Florida's absolute cheapest plumbing service. If you're looking to get someone who'll offer you the lowest price, we're probably not the right company for you.
* Do you have a service call fee or minimum? We have an $85.00 service/minimum fee for non-emergency calls within our primary service area.
* Why d
on't you give phone/remote estimates? We don't give phone estimates because we don't like to make decisions without all the information. Even simple repairs or installations may, once we can investigate on-site, turn out to require a different repair.
* Are you going to show up, start wrenching/plunging/snaking my home, then present me with a bill at the end? We'll do all those things, but critically, we're going to INFORM YOU of the price before we touch a thing! We operate with flat & upfront pricing. Flat meaning "we charge X to fix Y" problem and upfront meaning "we tell you the price beforehand." No surprise bills!
* Do you do you work with general contractors on new construction? While we have extensive experience with general contractors in new construction, we have shifted our focus towards residential service and installation. We generally do not bid on new construction projects.
* What kinds of payment do you accept? We primarily accept credit card, cash, and check. We can also accept Venmo, wire transfers, and ACH payments upon request.
* When do I pay? We require payment in full once work is complete. For bigger projects, like repiping a home or anything where we allocate materials and equipment prior to beginning work, we require a deposit as well.
* Do you offer financing? We will soon! We're in the process of integrating our systems with our financing partner and we expect this to be complete in February 2022.
* What's your service area? We service most of Palm Beach County.
* Do you service Boca Raton? Right now, we have limited service in Boca. Call, text, or email us with your request and we can tell you our availability.
* What are your hours? Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
