We are proud to announce that Holland Pump Company, part of The Workdry Group, has acquired Pumping & Shoring Solutions (PSS), LLC, a highly respected provider of groundwater management, dewatering, shoring, and pump rental services headquartered in Lincolnton, North Carolina. The acquisition was finalized on August 28, 2026.

This strategic expansion strengthens Holland Pump's presence in one of the country's fastest-growing construction and infrastructure markets while enhancing our ability to serve customers throughout the Eastern United States. By extending operations into North Carolina, we are expanding our regional footprint, increasing equipment availability, improving operational efficiencies, and delivering even greater support for projects of every size.

💧Keeping Critical Wastewater Infrastructure Flowing in Houston, TX

Holland Pump recently installed two bypass systems at a WWTP in Houston, featuring (4) 12-inch centrifugal pumps, (2) hydraulic submersible pumps, and 1,500 feet of fused HDPE pipe to facilitate the cleaning of critical effluent and mixed liquor lines without disrupting plant operations.

Our Engineered Solutions Team developed a customized bypass strategy to meet the facility's unique flow requirements. One system is currently handling approximately 7 MGD, with the capability to accommodate up to 10 MGD depending on flow fluctuations, while the second system is moving nearly 2 MGD.

When working on wastewater infrastructure, experience matters. Proper bypass design is essential to maintaining continuous operations, protecting the environment, and preventing costly interruptions.
