Shawn Wolfe earned his Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and has dedicated his career to understanding every aspect of the construction process—from engineering and project planning to field operations and client relations. His passion for construction began as a child, driven by a relentless curiosity to understand how things work, how structures come together, and how projects can be delivered with excellence while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Throughout his career, Shawn has served in multiple roles across the construction industry, providing him with a unique perspective that bridges engineering principles with real-world construction execution. As a Field Engineer with Turner Construction, Shawn played a key role in the construction of the Florida Atlantic University Culture & Society Building and participated in numerous campus improvement projects throughout FAU. His experience continued as a Project Manager with Ibis Building Corporation, where he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects including office build-outs, retail shopping center renovations, facade modernization programs, Wawa convenience stores, Center for the Eye surgical facilities, and Verizon Wireless retail locations. Further expanding his engineering expertise, Shawn served as a Project Engineer with MWH Americas, contributing to critical infrastructure improvements as part of the City of West Palm Beach Water Management Program. These experiences helped shape his understanding of complex project delivery, stakeholder coordination, quality control, budgeting, and construction management. In 2013, Shawn founded Three Guys Roofing, Inc., which has since become one of South Florida's most respected roofing contractors. Under his leadership, the company has experienced tremendous growth and has successfully completed projects ranging from single-family residences to large-scale commercial developments and multifamily communities. Three Guys Roofing's portfolio includes roofing systems for Walmart Supercenters, Regions Bank locations, shopping plazas, Wawa convenience stores, healthcare facilities, daycare centers, condominium communities, apartment complexes, and thousands of residential homeowners throughout South Florida. This success was built on a reputation for quality workmanship, accountability, customer service, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
