This liner pool was losing about ½” of water per day, and the homeowner noticed the liner starting to feel soft and squishy in the shallow end.

We tracked down the source a 2” gash in the liner allowing pool water to get underneath it.

Water can be under the liner for a few different reasons in this case it was due to a leak.

Leak located. Gash patched. Water loss stopped.

This fiberglass pool was losing water around two of the floor heads.

During the inspection, we found cracking in the fiberglass surrounding both fittings, allowing water to escape around the outside of the floor heads.

Both leaking areas were identified and sealed to stop the water loss.

This massive residential pool and spa, complete with multiple water features, was losing approximately 3,000 gallons of water per day.

We performed a full leak inspection of the entire pool and spa and identified three separate leaks.

The most significant leak was on one of the return lines. Using our pipe camera, we located a severely cracked section of PVC.

When a pool this complex is losing this much water, a complete inspection is critical. Multiple leaks can be contributing to the overall water loss.

This pool had been leaking for years with no answers.

Parts had been replaced over the years trying to solve the water loss, but the pool continued to leak.

We performed a full leak inspection and found the actual problem — both light niches were cracked and leaking. We also located a hole in the back of one niche where the ground wire use to connect to the niche.

We sealed the leaking areas around the niches and just like that no more water loss.

After years of chasing the problem, the source of the leak was identified quickly and problem solved.

This pool has been losing 1” per day.

We performed a full leak inspection of the pool and identified the problem on the wall return.

On this pool, the wall returns are integrated into the in-floor valve. By testing the system zone by zone, we confirmed the leak was isolated to the wall return zone.

From there, we traced the plumbing underground and pinpointed the location of the leak.

Once we had it located, you could actually see the water bubbling.

Leak identified. Line isolated. Underground leak pinpointed. 💧

Losing only 1–2 inches of water per week. Can we still find the leak? Absolutely.

This gunite pool is only 3 years old, but something wasn’t right.

We found multiple hairline structural cracks around the wall suction fittings, including areas that had been repaired previously, along with another leak around one of the spa jets.

Not every pool leak means massive water loss. Sometimes the smallest leaks take the most detailed inspection to find.

This pool was losing 8 inches of water per day.

The culprit? A significant leak around the main drain.

Sometimes finding the leak means getting right into the problem, cleaning out years of buildup in this plugged drain.

And then… there it is.

Another massive water loss solved. 💧

What caused 1 FOOT of water loss in just a few hours on this brand-new liner?

A seam separation on the stairs.

We tracked down the leak to a failed seam in the new liner. Because of the location and the amount of separation, this was a difficult area to patch, but we were able to get it sealed up and stop the water loss.

The patch is intended to get the homeowner through until they can complete the warranty process and have the liner replaced.

This entire pool was built out of stone and granite, making it feel like you’re swimming in an alpine lake.

Definitely one of the coolest and most unique pools we’ve been in this year but it had a major problem. It was losing FEET of water per day.

During our inspection, we found the culprit: many of the mortar joints throughout the stonework were leaking.
