This is Preston Thompson. I have lived in the Timberline neighborhood for the last 8 years. My wife Heather is a real-easte agent for Benchmark Realty and I am General Contractor. As many of you may know we have had door knockers from roofing companies are all over the neighborhood (including my house) this year. It is a great idea to use a local contractor who will give you an honest opinion on the condition of your roof. Alot of these roofing companies exist solely to chase storms and do not intend in staying in the Franklin area to service our needs in the future. I just helped my good friend and next-door neighbor Bobby Ballinger at 145 Timberline in Timberline subdivision get his roof completely replaced and all costs covered by insurance and saving 1000s compared to other roofing companies.
