There’s something special about seeing Monroe’s historic riverfront come back to life.

Silver Water Pumping was proud to be part of another downtown restoration project, recently pumping concrete for an elevator shaft in one of the area’s beautifully renovated buildings overlooking the Ouachita River.

It’s exciting to watch these historic structures get a second chance while preserving the character that makes downtown Monroe unique. We’re grateful to play a small role in helping bring new life to the old part of town.

Some days start before the sun comes up and don’t slow down until the last truck is washed out.

Wednesday took us from Winnsboro to Rayville and on to West Monroe, helping great contractors keep their projects moving. Huge thanks to Pokie’s Ready Mix, Century Ready Mix, LLC, and River City Ready Mix for supplying the concrete, and to all the crews on the ground who worked through the heat and got it done. Sometimes the best pours are the ones that require a little extra planning.

Yesterday in Grayson, Louisiana, our team utilized a two-pump setup for Smith Builders to stay ahead of changing site conditions and keep the project moving. Great work by River City Ready Mix, MCA Concrete Services, LLC, and our operators Heath Munholland and Anthony Montano.

Watch this one—it was a beautiful morning and a great example of teamwork getting the job done right.

We’re proud to be in Ruston, Louisiana today at the new Willis-Knighton hospital site, pumping grade beams with our new Putzmeister America 47-meter pump.

Days like this remind us how blessed we are to work alongside outstanding partners like In-Concrete and the team at Willis-Knighton. It’s a beautiful day, a great project, and another opportunity to help build something that will serve this community for years to come.

We’re grateful for every contractor, customer, and team member who helps make these projects possible. Looking forward to more big things ahead!

This morning, we teamed up with R&L Construction and Pokie’s Ready Mix on an old home place in Delhi, Louisiana. There’s something about these old family properties that immediately tells a story, and when we pulled onto this site, we knew this one had plenty of history behind it.

We were honored to hear Mr. Eddie share some of those stories while we worked to help write the next chapter of this property’s legacy.

My buddy JD Lewis put the SCHWING America 47-meter to work and safely placed 98 yards of concrete to get the job done. It was one of those mornings that reminds you why we love what we do—good people, great partners, and the opportunity to be a small part of something meaningful.

Thank you to R&L Construction and Mr. Eddie Thomas for allowing us to be part of the project.

Weather can throw challenges your way, but preparation makes all the difference.

After days of rough weather and difficult ground conditions leading up to Saturday, Silverwater Pumping still successfully pumped 280 yards for Larry Culp in Sterlington, Louisiana. That didn’t happen by accident—it happened because of preparation, communication, and teamwork.

We knew the weather forecast. We knew the ground conditions. Together with Mr. Culp and the crew at MCA Concrete Services, LLC, we put together a solid game plan before the first truck ever rolled in. River City Ready Mix supplied the concrete, MCA handled the finish work, and “What’s Good” Chris Wood handled the 51. Everyone worked together to make sure the project stayed on track.

Because of that preparation, we were able to get in, get the job done, and help move Mr. Culp well ahead on his project timeline.

Big thanks to everyone involved. Planning wins projects.

This morning ole Dev Devin Blackman put our new Putzmeister America 47M ISA equipped with Full Flex to work in the heart of old downtown Monroe, pumping an elevator shaft inside one of the historic buildings being brought back to life. There’s something special about seeing these old structures transformed with modern upgrades while keeping their history alive.

This one took a little creativity — pumping up and over the main wall to reach inside — but the new Putz handled it like a champ. To top it off, we had the Ouachita River in the background. Hard to beat a view like that while doing what we love. Special thanks to Century Ready Mix, LLC for a solid mix.

Silver Water Pumping has been busy this week—before the rain moved in, Anthony Montano knocked out a pump operator’s dream: two house slabs in one setting in the DesiardTrace subdivision in Sterlington, Louisiana, for Rafael Lara Construction, LLC

MCA Concrete Services, LLC handled the finish and River City Ready Mix handled the concrete.

Solid work, smooth pour, and beautiful homes coming out of the ground. Proud of the crew and the way this one came together.
