If you’ve spent any time on the campus of Louisiana Tech University, chances are you’ve sat through a class or two inside the old George T. Madison building!

Today, Silver Water Pumping was proud to be on campus helping bring new life to the old GTM. It’s always good to see a building with so much history getting a new chapter!

Proud to play a small part in bringing this piece of Louisiana Tech history back to life!

Saw plenty of deer on the way up here, beautiful scenery everywhere you look, and found a dadgum GOOD breakfast biscuit right across the road!l (you can see the store in the background).

Not a bad way to start the morning!

A beautiful sunrise over Sterlington, Louisiana, and another busy morning on the jobsite!

There’s something special about watching the sky come alive while a concrete pour is already underway.

From the pump operator to the finishing crew, everyone has a job to do, and teamwork is what brings it all together.

An early start, a beautiful Louisiana sunrise, and another slab taking shape. Not a bad way to kick off the weekend!

Sometimes the best pictures come from the jobs that don’t go quite as smoothly as planned.

This pour was just off Kansas Lane in Monroe, right down the road from Monroe Regional Airport. We were just far enough outside the restricted airspace to get the drone up and capture what might be one of my favorite Silver Water Pumping pictures yet with our Putzmeister America 47 getting it done.

As for the job itself, it had its share of challenges. But that’s construction. Not every pour goes exactly according to plan. What matters is having a crew that can work together, make adjustments, and get the job done.

And that’s exactly what happened here.
