Here is a recent addition that is approaching final completion on Caney Lake‼️ ☀️

Customer wanted a to add a covered slip for their future jet skis. They also wanted to incorporate a covered deck area to be able to relax, enjoy dinner, and take in their beautiful surrounding views.

We are thankful they allowed us the opportunity to make their vision become a reality!

We had the privilege of retaining this customers backyard on Bayou Bartholomew in Sterlington.

We installed a double waler 12 ft vinyl wall. This wall has a proper dead man tie back system that is attached to the exposed naval piles. This insures the wall from ever bulging out.

The top wall is a double waler 10 ft wood wall. This wall has the same tie back system as the lower wall.

We properly graded the top portion of the yard and soon after these pictures were taken, sod was laid.

Not only were we thrilled on how this project turned out, so were the customers!! They regained their back yard, and we are thankful for the opportunity!!

Here are some before & afters of phase 1. on reclaiming one of our customers shore line.

They were experiencing heavy erosion on their banks. We were able to create a permanent & feasible solution to their erosion issues.

We will be back for phase 2. & complete the remaining shore line of their pond soon!!!

Here’s a recent dock we finished up recently on Caney Lake

We went with round piles down, and squares up to the eve sitting directly on top of the round piles.

We were able to accommodate two boat slips per customers request. One for their Tri-Toon, and one for their bass boat.

We love seeing our wonderful customers putting their structures to good use. We are also grateful for the opportunity.

Yesterday was a fun one!!!

We had to ferry 6 pallets of sod to cap off a bulkhead project we just completed on Lake D’Arbonne .

Before we were able to sod the grade to bulk head, we caught a heavy rain. This required us to regrade before the sod install.

Shout out to Kepper Equipment Rental for having the perfect machine to dress up our grade. Saved us a lot of hand work.

Another recent project that was just completed ‼️☀️ 🌱💧

For this happy customer in Sterlington La, we regraded the entire property. We then installed centipede sod for erosion control. Sod was laid on the back half of the property to the bulk head.

We also installed 56’ of culvert , & catch basin along the road. Customer requested a “seamless transition” from roadway to property. We pulled all proper permits for the customer as well.

We are thankful for the opportunity, and really pleased with the results.
