Wheel Loader Specialists will be responsible for maintaining one job-site that you will be dedicated to for the entire season, from 1-inch or more of snow until the end of the event. We try to match you to the closest jobsite to your home if available. Our wheel loaders range from 1 yard to 4 yard machines, which have been outfitted with Metal Pless LiveEdge pushboxes or Metal Pless MaxxPro multifunction blades.

EXPECTATIONS:

We are seeking passionate, hard-working candidates to be our on-call snow removal operators.

- Must be available and willing at any hour between October 30 and the last snowstorm of the season. Shifts vary depending on the size of the storm, and can be anywhere from 6-hours, to more than 12-hours long.
- Have the ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
- Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about the Xtreme Snow Pros client commitment.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance
- Valid and Clean driver’s license with no restrictions (NO CDL required)

A Snow Plow Specialist is generally responsible to maintain 1-3 different properties plowing from 1- inch or more from beginning of a snow event to the end. They are also in charge of salting as needed at the end of the event. Working in the tri-state area in one of our late model Chevy 3500 pickups with Western Wideouts/Salter or our Ram 5500 with V-Blade and salter, we like to match you to a truck/route closest to your home if one is available.

As an Ice Control Specialist you are responsible for applying anti-ice liquids up to three days in advance of a storm. You will also perform snow push-backs at the completion of a storm in addition to being available on a nightly basis for Ice Watch for black ice/refreeze conditions. An Ice Control Specialist generally will not work during the actual snow storm unless additional personnel are needed.

Sidewalk machine operators must be willing to work outdoors in winter weather conditions running one of our 2016 Snowrator machines which have a hydraulic multi-function snow blade along with a liquids system to apply de-icer. We are willing to train the right candidate! Operators generally are assigned to operate a machine on one job-site each storm, keeping you closest to your home when possible.

Sidewalk Shovelers are responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating snow blowers, snow shovels, and other equipment. We will provide safety vests and shovels, but you must bring your own jacket, gloves, boots, hat, etc.. All Sidewalk Shovelers must be a high school graduate (or equivalent).

This job can earn you up to $25 per hour.

- Minimum of 5 hours paid (regardless of actual time worked)
- No experience necessary
- On-call as needed

As a skid-steer operator you are responsible for the maintenance of one job-site from 1-inch or more of snow that you will be dedicated to for the entire season. Our late model skid-steer fleet is a mixture of Bobcat, JCB, and Terex. As a skid-steer specialist you will be operating one of these machines inside a full cab with heat and pilot controls. Xtreme Snow Pros is looking for a dispatcher to work during snow events and other operational events such as pretreating, refreeze, etc. This job is on call and the person must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts for a normal storm event and 4-8 hours for refreeze. The job entails monitoring job progress through the use of gps, site cameras, job tracking software and communication. You will have access to all of our programs as well as our advanced two way radio system. This job can be done anywhere in the US remotely.

REQUIREMENTS:

- The ideal candidate should have dispatch experience in the emergency services or trucking industry.

- This person must be able to deal well under high-stress situations, multi-task, communicate fast and on point and be able to work the duration of the snow event with breaks.

- This person would be using our property software, and communication tools and must be able to type fast and keep up with the flow.

- This person would be able to work from home with the correct computer setup and which would be a quiet area with access to multiple screens.
