Sharing for reach: IUOE Local #103 is holding a hiring event for apprentices and journeypersons interested in upcoming wind and solar projects. See below and attached flyer for more info.

Local 103 is holding an onsite recruitment day for the District 3 area of Tippecanoe and White County. This will be an opportunity for people willing to work in those areas for the next 18-24 months to apply for the apprenticeship or discuss possibilities of being on permit if they have enough qualified experience. If you have applied for the apprenticeship from district 1 or 2 we still have candidates in those areas, this is solely to recruit in the areas mentioned above at this time.

NUCA Trench Safety Week is a reminder of something our crews know well. Safe trench work does not happen by accident.

It takes planning, protective systems, communication and a team committed to doing the work the right way.

At Atlas, trench safety is about more than compliance. It is about protecting the people beside us and making sure everyone gets home safe.

Someone order a pool party?

This is what you get when it keeps raining after the ground is already saturated.

Think a 2 inch pump can get the job done by lunch?

Shout out to Tim Mullins for this picture out of Anderson.

Once it's in the ground and buried, most people never see the work. But they feel the impact for decades.

We’re proud to be part of the Crown Point sewer infrastructure improvements highlighted in this Oldcastle Infrastructure article. This project is helping upgrade aging utilities, build additional sewer capacity, reduce flooding and overflow risks, and support the city’s future growth.

Underground work is not always the most visible, but it is some of the most important. It takes planning, coordination, safe ex*****on, and crews willing to do the hard work the right way and building infrastructure that lasts.

Water is Powerful.

Some Atlas Employees witnessed this fist hand.

Flash Flood damage outside of Veedersburg, in Fountain County, is a reminder of how quickly conditions can change and how important strong infrastructure is when communities are tested.

This footage shows a culvert washout on S 400 E and a bridge with a log jam and road washout on Ghost Hollow Road.

Thinking of everyone impacted as cleanup continues.

There's a reason the Atlas logo is shaped the way it is.

At first glance it's a bold mark, but the shape is inspired by a trench box, built to shield and protect crews while they work underground.

That connection matters to us.

The logo represents more than a name. It reflects the work we do, the environments we work in, and the responsibility we have to protect the people doing that work.

A trench box is built for safety, strength and trust.

So is Atlas.

Crews across Atlas took time to place American flags on equipment in recognition of Memorial Day.

It’s a simple but important gesture. A reminder to pause, reflect, and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice is not forgotten.
