I’m incredibly excited and humbled to share that I’ve been accepted as a **Maker with 3D Mobility!**
I’ve always enjoyed creating things with my 3D printers, CNC, and woodworking tools, but being able to use those skills to **help a child and their family** makes this opportunity especially meaningful to me.
3D Mobility connects volunteer makers with families of children who have mobility challenges. Makers create custom **Toddler Mobility Trainers (TMTs)** that are provided to families at no cost, helping young children develop mobility, strength, confidence, and independence.
For me, this is about more than making something on a printer. It’s about taking a skill that I enjoy and using it to hopefully make a **real difference in someone’s life**.
I’m proud to become part of this incredible community of makers, families, and volunteers. I have claimed my first chair and started printing it for a local family here on the island
Sometimes the things we make with our hands can have an impact far beyond what we ever imagined.
