From day one, we knew this space was getting a custom wood accent wall and a natural rock wall... because when you build with Marquee Homes, every detail is decided *before* construction begins. No guessing, no last-minute changes.

Just your vision, executed exactly as designed.

This is what mid-build looks like when the plan is solid from the start. 💪

When everything you could ever need is already at home.

Salt Cinema is built the same way. Strategy, scripting, full production, all in one place.

Comment “YES” to work on your next project together.

A freestanding soaking tub inside a wet room shower. Yes or no? Are you into this trend? 🛁

We're seeing more and more clients fall in love with this layout, and honestly, it's not hard to see why. One seamless space, neutral stone, clean lines, and the kind of bathroom that feels less like a utility room and more like a private spa.

The wet room concept is having a major moment in custom home design right now... and when it's done right, it's stunning.

Drop a ✅ if you'd have this in your dream home or ❌ if you're a separate tub/shower purist. We want to know!

Pool person, or POOL person? 👀

We couldn't decide either, so we designed for both.

Whether your idea of unwinding is cannonballs in the backyard or a quiet game of 8-ball after the kids are in bed, a custom home means you don't have to choose. That's the beauty of the Design, Build, Live approach: we sit down with your family first and figure out what "relaxing" actually looks like for you, then build the space to match.

So tell us... swimming pool or pool table? Drop your answer below 👇

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Today, we celebrate the hardworking people who turn plans into progress, blueprints into homes, and houses into places where life happens.

To the builders, tradespeople, and everyone who puts in the work behind the scenes! THANK YOU!! 🛠️🏡

Your work matters. Your craftsmanship matters. You are the strength behind progress.

Everyone said don't paint these beams.

Good thing we didn't. 😏

We stained them...and there's a big difference.

Staining lets the natural wood grain breathe while still transforming the whole ceiling. Paint covers it up. Stain brings it to life.

The before and after speaks for itself.

This is the kind of detail that makes a custom home feel intentional from the ground up.

If you're thinking about your own build, let's talk about what details matter most to you. 👇
