A proposal for exterior remodeling should be quite specific in details:
1. Name, address and phone number of company.
2. State of CT HIC # must be on the proposal.
3. A certificate of insurance showing worker's compensation.
4. Details on project - permits etc.
What brand and style product.
5. How will this product be finished - painted by customer
or factory finish? Will there be any painting required by
you after install?
5. Details on payment schedule and/or deposits.
6. A verbal quote is not a proposal.
