Another major milestone has been reached in Altoona, Iowa. Since going vertical just a few months ago, Robinson Inc's future manufacturing facility has advanced, with the exterior of the building now taking shape.

As the project's developer, Enclave is excited to deliver a facility that will support Robinson's operations and future growth for years to come. We look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues.

Construction continues to advance at Merit 38 in Fargo, ND, with completion anticipated in December 2026.

The 151,000-square-foot multifamily community will feature a variety of resident amenities, including a sky lounge and rooftop deck, fitness studio, and community clubroom.

Located in South Fargo near the I-29 and 52nd Avenue interchange, Merit 38 will add 130 new homes to a growing corridor, providing residents with convenient access to employment, retail, dining, and more.

Last week, Velwood Residences held its official grand opening, complete with a ribbon cutting, remarks from project partners, lively conversation, and private property tours.

Bell Bank's new Grand Forks location is nearly complete and on track to be finished in October!

This project features a two-story, 17,300-square-foot building complete with a drive-through and ample parking spots. Designed to support Bell Bank's long-term presence in the community, the facility will serve Grand Fork's continued growth for years to come. We look forward to sharing final photos once construction is complete.
