Our spray foam division is expanding and our new spray foam rig is ready for work! Huge shout out to Hofer Signs in Fargo. They did an awesome job on the wrap!

This hybrid wall system is going to work great at the lakes! We installed 2 inches of closed cell foam and a fiberglass batt to fill the void in the exterior walls. It’s really the best of both worlds. The CC foam seals it up tight with a high R value and the fiberglass batt adds R value and helps reduce sound in the house. The attic will be blown in with fiberglass to R50 which will provide great R value and again help with sound in the house. This is just one example of how 4 Seasons works with our builders to bring you quality that is going to perform!

We wrapped up 2025 and brought in 2026 with a big and very challenging spray foam project. We sprayed 3” of closed cell foam roof and gables. The highest points are 32’ with limited access and working around a fully functional concrete batch plant. From the planning to the installation the team did great. We appreciate everyone’s hard work on this project and look forward to the next one!

5 1/2” of closed cell spray foam on the ceiling and 3” on the walls. This building is going perform really well in our elements! Spraying with intumescent paint next and a top coat.
