The perks of builder life nobody talks about 😂👢

One minute you’re talking design and finishes, the next you’re swapping shoes in the back of your SUV because the job site has other plans.

Always be ready, always be prepared… and apparently, always pack a backup pair. 🔨🏡

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ What a fun day at Waterford Elementary! 💙

We were proud to sponsor the Waterford Elementary Fun Run and even more excited to see our kids and all of their classmates running, laughing, and having a great time! 🎉

As parents, being able to support our kids’ school and the community that pours into them means so much to us. We love seeing the energy, teamwork, and excitement that events like this bring to the kids.

Thank you to all the teachers, staff, volunteers, and families who helped make the Fun Run such a great event! 🙌

Proud to support Waterford Elementary and our amazing kids! ❤️

Warm woods.
Rich textures.
Soft lighting.
Character.
Details that make you want to stay awhile.

Homes are finally feeling like homes again. 🤎

The trend isn’t just “more stuff.”

It’s more warmth, more personality, and more character.

And honestly… we’re here for it.

At APLL Homes, we build with purpose, refine the details, and create spaces meant to be lived beautifully for you. When we build a home we think about how people will live. What is the function and purpose as it should feel effortlessly intentional.

How will you actually live here?
Where does everyone gather?
Where will the stuff go?
What will feel and look good in 10 years from now?
What will then make it your home? 🏠

Thanks for stopping by our page. If you like what you see please follow along as we have a few homes coming up you won’t want to miss.

Behind every home we build is a reason. ❤️

For us, it’s family.

These are the kids who get to grow up watching homes go from a plan on paper to a place where families will make memories for years to come.

APLL Homes isn’t just about building beautiful homes. It’s about creating spaces that feel good to come home to, spaces where kids grow, families gather, and everyday life happens.

Because when you’re building homes, you’re really building the backdrop to someone’s story.

And that’s something we don’t take lightly. 🏡

The moments your home was built for.

Everyone deserves a favorite spot at home. 🐾

Maybe it’s the corner where you drink your morning coffee.
The chair where you unwind after a long day.
The porch where you watch the sunset.
Or, apparently… the coffee table. 🐾

Because a home isn’t just about the rooms, finishes, or square footage.

It’s about how your home makes you feel.

At APLL Homes, we partner with you to create a home designed around your life—with thoughtful spaces, beautiful design, quality construction, and those little details that make a house feel like yours.

A home just for you.
A favorite spot just for you.
Moments made just for you.

APLL Homes. The Art of the Build
Designed. Built. Styled.

Because we’re not just building a house. We’re helping you create the place where your favorite moments happen. 🍎🏡
