Another new construction home signed today and set to start late fall.

We’re getting ahead of the new DEP permitting timeframes so we can keep things moving and get this project underway.

Excited to build this wonderful family a new dream home where they can make memories for many years to come. Their previous beach home served them well for many years, but it was time to turn the page and start a new chapter.

More time enjoying family and the shore, and less time spent on maintenance.

Looking forward to building them a beautiful new beach home here on LBI.

Another project on Long Beach Island is officially signed and scheduled for our fall season!

Our customers love their little Holgate bungalow and wanted to add a rear master suite to better fit their family’s needs!

With the upcoming flood elevation regulation changes expected in 2027, now was the right time to move forward. Waiting could have meant being required to raise the entire home just to complete this relatively simple addition.

We’re excited to get started on our next project for returning customers! Set to start in 2 weeks!!!

After working together previously, they’ve trusted us once again. This time with a much larger transformation. This project will include raising the existing home, adding an additional floor, constructing a three story rear addition, and creating a brand new rooftop deck.

The home will also receive a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and a complete exterior renovation featuring new siding, windows, roofing, railings, decks, and stairs.

This is going to be an incredible before-and-after transformation! From the architect’s sketch, to the rendering, and finally to real life!! Please follow along as we bring this vision to life.

Demo Date Set for the end of Summer

This longtime family home has been the setting for countless memories on Long Beach Island. While it’s never easy to say goodbye to a home that has meant so much, the time has come to turn the page and begin an exciting new chapter.

We’re truly grateful this family selected Scott E. Kennard Construction to build them a larger new home. One that better suits their growing needs while allowing them to continue making memories in the place they love.

Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of summer, and we look forward to bringing their vision to life!
