"Is there enough wildfire work where I am?"

Wildfire risk keeps expanding across California. Homeowners, insurers, HOAs and property managers increasingly want prevention, not just repair, and very few contractors are set up to sell it professionally.

The Wildfire Revenue Blueprint doesn't promise you a market. It teaches you how to assess one and how to take the service to it.

Defensible space is measured in zones, and each one is work a contractor can scope:

Zone 0, the first five feet: nothing that burns touching the house. Gravel, hardscape, non-combustible materials.
Zone 1, 5 to 30 feet: lean, clean and green. Spacing between plants and trees.
Zone 2, 30 to 100 feet: reduce fuel. Thin, limb up, break up continuous brush.

Long-term retardant goes on the vegetation that stays. Day 2 of the Wildfire Revenue Blueprint covers how to assess each zone.

“The most vulnerable area of your home is within the first five feet.”

Our founder OP Almaraz explains why: embers hit the wall and drop. If there’s vegetation or anything flammable within six inches to a foot of that wall, it can ignite.

For contractors, the first five feet is assessable, documentable work: what’s touching the house, what needs to move, what needs treating. Day 2 of the Wildfire Revenue Blueprint covers how to walk a property and turn what you find into a proposal.
