FOR SALE- A true TINY!!!

So do you want to live in a true tiny home? We now have one available! It needs some pretty serious tlc on the inside, but we will sell it as-is for $45k, or, it will likely be listed for around 70k after a full renovation (within about 4-5 months, which prolly means 12 months).The home has great bones and has a small living space/kitchen, stairs up to a nicely sized loft with decent headroom, full bathroom with stand up shower, and a small bedroom downstairs. This is a 2019 Tumbleweed brand, Farralon model. Approximately 8.5 wide by 22 long. The unit is approved as a park model RV and can be set up in Pond Walk Community or can be moved to your land(if zoned properly) at buyer’s expense. If interested in seeing it as-is, please reach out. Again, it needs to be renovated, but it is a very sturdy and well built home and most items are cosmetic.

This will likely be the least expensive way to get into Pond Walk, as we rarely get our hands on these true tiny home!
