Read your gutter cleaning quote before you sign it.

I always tell people to actually read the fine print before hiring anyone for gutter work, not just the price.

Some companies bury cancellation fees, auto-charges, and liability waivers in the contract. If you need to change your appointment, you get hit with a fee. If you don't pay fast enough, your card on file gets charged automatically. Some won't even use your ladder or tools if there's an issue, they'll say they're not insured to.
